Fan is a key member of a specialized team providing full-service solutions to landlords of Asian grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Bay Area. Fan's expertise spans marketing, leasing, property management, property positioning and revitalization, acquisitions, and disposition.

Fan represents landlords and tenants in retail and restaurant leasing transactions, offering market analyses and leasing reports. Fan creates marketing materials, manages listings, and assists daily shopping center operations. Through strategic planning, Fan focuses on maximizing property profitability and value.

Fan also has significant experience in multifamily and single-family real estate transactions. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Fan worked as a software engineer at Airbnb and LinkedIn for 10 years. Fan holds a Master’s degree in Information System Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University. Fan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
