Jane Lee specializes in helping investors efficiently diversify their real estate portfolio through different types of real estate investments including; multifamily investments, office/retail properties, warehouse, syndication opportunities, land entitlement and development opportunities. She also works with developers to identify the best uses of properties and identifies retail clients for Asian shopping centers in the South Bay and the East Bay. Currently, Jane is leading the Sales and Marketing Team of the Pacific East Project in Richmond, CA. In addition to commercial real estate experiences, she has an extensive background in residential home sales and has been a professional real estate investor since 2012. Jane graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, double majoring in Economics and Statistics.
