Jackie has over thirty years of experience in marketing and sales of new homes in the South Bay and the East Bay. She provides developers with a full range of services including competitive market analyses, pricing strategies, advertising materials and planning, option selections, and managing the sales team. Jackie is the resident expert in managing contracts and processing escrows to ensure a successful close, each and every time. Jackie also is experienced in commercial transactions and works along side her husband, John in many of the commercial transactions that he has successfully closed. She was also instrumental in selling all 64 in-line units plus the anchor at the Fremont Times Square commercial condos during the beginning of the great recession.
